Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Support & Account Deletion · Updated August 30, 2026
1. Who can use it. You must be 18 or older to create an account and use Sarah's BB Bible. By signing up you agree to these Terms and to our Community Rules and Privacy Policy below.
2. This is a fan companion. Sarah's BB Bible is an independent fan app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by any television network, production company, streaming service, or the shows it discusses. All show names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Your account and conduct. You are responsible for everything you post. There is zero tolerance for hateful, harassing, threatening, explicit, or abusive content or behavior. We remove violating content and may suspend or permanently ban accounts that break these rules. If you join in bad faith — to disrupt, harass, impersonate, or exploit the community — we reserve the right to remove you.
4. Your content. You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a license to store and display your content in the app as part of running the service. Do not post other people's private information, and do not repost or redistribute content from the app to harass, threaten, defame, or target its members or creators.
5. Purchases, coins, and gifts. Passes, subscriptions, and coins are purchased with real money through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Coins are a virtual item you buy and use to send virtual gifts; they cannot be transferred, exchanged for money, or cashed out. All refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we do not separately issue goodwill refunds, and removing an account for a violation does not entitle you to one.
6. Safety monitoring and recording. To keep the community safe, we may monitor, record, store, and review activity in the app — including chat messages and comments, live video, and voice rooms — and use it to enforce these Terms, review reports of abuse or harassment, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. By using the app, and by speaking or appearing on camera in a live or a voice room, you consent to this recording and review. Behave in lives and voice rooms the same way these rules require everywhere else.
7. The service "as is." We work to keep the app running well, but it is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinetic Management is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Termination. You can delete your account at any time (see "Delete your account and data" below). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes. If these Terms change, we will update this page and the date shown above, and may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms in the app.
You can permanently delete your Sarah's BB Bible account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways:
What is deleted: your account and sign-in email, your chat identity (username and profile), the content you posted (chat messages, photos, voice notes, comments), your gifting history, and your in-app activity (poll votes, predictions, power-ranking picks, and fantasy entries). This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What is kept: nothing tied to your identity remains in our systems. Purchase and transaction records held by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) are controlled by those stores and retained by them as required by law; contact the relevant store to manage those.

Sarah's BB Bible includes social features — group chat, comments, and live video. You are responsible for what you post, and there is zero tolerance for objectionable, hateful, harassing, or explicit content or abusive behavior.
Sarah's BB Bible is a companion app for following the season, with chat, live video, and interactive games. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Payments are processed by Apple on iPhone (App Store) or Google on Android (Google Play). We use RevenueCat to confirm your purchase and unlock access. We never see or store your card details.
To sign you in, unlock paid access, power chat and live video, run the interactive features, send notifications you opt into, and keep the app safe and working. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Apple and Google (payments), RevenueCat (purchase validation), Supabase (secure database and authentication), LiveKit (real-time live video/audio delivery), OneSignal (push notifications), and OpenAI (voice-note transcription). Your data is stored securely and encrypted in transit.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — see “Delete your account and data” above. You can also block users, report content, and turn notifications on or off.
Sarah's BB Bible is intended for adults 18 and older given its social, live-video, and mature discussion features, and is not directed to children.
